Part of the open area...

Since I don't have a panarama picture to show you. This is part of the open area. Just to the left side of the picture is the gate to my brothers part. The driveway is to the right of the picture. There is a big, old and dead cedar tree toward the backdrop. This is the area we will use to drive up into and possibly park mom's car. At least toward the oak tree of the left side. The open area for a house is around 90 feet for width and ranging from 60 feet to 40 feet for the depth.
