Yeah, it has been a while again. Today, someone is supposed to be installing a main water valve. I have already ran 990 feet of pipe for water to get to the house.

Monday, hopefully we are getting in some road base. The rain has created a muddy mess. We can't have cement trucks mudding, it wouldn't be safe.

I'm hopefully going to have all the bids in by the end of next week. I've been saying that for a week now. We'll see...
