Still has work to be done. The stairs need to be built and the rock work completed. We were going to do some more work, but we will have to wait on it. This has been another lessoned learned. Have a contract, hire some you can speak to without an interpreter and realize how clear you think you are being with someone isn't clear enough, even when they say "yeah".
