Now we are there...

After a long time...it's starting. We had our meeting with our consultant this morning. I had to breathe...I almost forgot. It's a lot to take in. About an hour later I felt better and ready to go. I met with a concrete guy today...and he is going to start doing the site prep starting Monday. Yes, it is really happening. I'm excited, nervous and all other kinds of things.

Now...to the management of subcontractors, budgets, deadlines, paperwork and my own sanity.
