I have always wanted a true soda fountain (like what they have at Taco bell or McDonalds) in my kitchen. I also have always wanted a fireplace that serves two rooms. You know like one side is the living room and the other could be like a den or bedroom or something. And you could even have it to where that works not only downstairs but upstairs as well.
